In order to be a teacher and administrator in Maarif Schools, people who have the qualifications in the advertisement given by the Turkish Maarif Foundation apply for the advertisement. Candidates who meet the application requirements are invited to take the written exam consisting of multiple choice and open-ended questions. Candidates who are successful in the exam; It is subjected to a three-stage oral exam in which the knowledge of the field, whether the managerial abilities are carried or not and whether the language skills are sufficient or not. Candidates who successfully pass the written and oral exams are employed as teachers or administrators in Maarif Schools.”
