Cambridge Diploma Program

Cambridge International Assessment is considered an international unit of measurement of knowledge, which is a quality that is respected and implemented at MAARIF INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS SARAJEVO in accordance with the affinities and wishes of students. Throughout the study of this course, attention is paid to each student through continuous consultations and mutual respect so that all plans and wishes of students are supported.

Respecting the guidelines of the Ministry of Education of the Sarajevo Canton and Cambridge Assessment International, students of this course at MAARIF INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS SARAJEVO study a combined program. Certain subjects, such as Bosnian Language and Literature, Geography, History, Music Culture and Fine Arts, are studied according to the Curriculum and Program of the Sarajevo Canton in the Bosnian language. On the other hand, subjects such as English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and IT subjects are studied according to the Cambridge syllabus in English.

In this way, students have the opportunity to obtain a high school diploma according to the Sarajevo Canton Curriculum, as well as a Cambridge AICE diploma (by taking a certain combination of AS/A Level subjects) or a Cambridge certificate (by taking certain subjects).
